Below are the 9 simple steps on how to order your custom gear today:
- To order please select the green button that says SELECT MY COMPANY. This will then bring up a list of companies that to choose from
- Please select from the list of companies of which you would like your apparel customized for.
- This will then take you to separate with customized apparel for the company that you have chosen.
- To order an item click on the item that you would like to order. Then choose the quantity, size, and color of the item you would like to order. Once that is done click add to cart.
- Once you have completed your order please click the Check Out button with the grocery cart icon at the top right of the screen.
- This will show you everything that is in your care thus far. If everything looks correct please click the orange checkout button.
- From this point you will need to enter your personal information such as:First and Last NameShipping AddressCredit Card InfoGift Card Number
i. Your gift card can be used on multiple different sites but please use the same code that you were provided with for all of the sites. Once you exceed your gift card limit you will be personally charged for the balance.
- Once you fill out the required information click on the orange button that says review order.
- This will take you to the final step and your last chance to review your order. Once you have review your order and everything listed is correct please click complete order. This prompt the system to complete your order and will provide you with an confirmation and order number that will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you provided.
The store will be open for orders from the 1st to the end of each month. Orders are “collected” on the end of each month for production.
Timing: ordering on the 1st is the same as ordering at the end of the month. Please allow 5 weeks after the end of the month for delivery. For any product back orders, we will advise of alternatives via email.
Please make sure the correct sizes and colors are selected. Because this apparel is custom-produced, we cannot make changes after the order is submitted and, as you may suspect, all sales are final.
